Dynamic Stripe Checkout & Full Schema Migration

  • All "Get Started" buttons now generate live Stripe Checkout sessions via the Polsia platform API. Promo code LAUNCHTEST active.
  • leads and lead_qualifications tables migrated to full spec: UUID primary keys, zip, status, updated_at, ai_raw_response, and location columns added.
  • Migration system replaces Prisma (not available in sandbox). Migrations run automatically on each deploy.
  • Hardcoded Stripe payment link environment variables removed — checkout now fully dynamic.
  • 4 new site pages added: FAQ, Changelog, Support, How It Works — with bilingual EN/ES toggle.

HVAC Lead Responder MVP — Launch

  • Inbound lead webhook — POST /api/webhooks/lead — accepts name, phone, email, zip, message, source.
  • GPT-4o qualification engine scores leads on budget, urgency, location, and service type. Configurable thresholds.
  • Immediate SMS confirmation to lead via Twilio on submission.
  • Qualified leads: owner receives SMS with lead details + urgency level via Twilio.
  • Unqualified leads: automated nurture email sequence via SendGrid.
  • Landing page live at nexusopslab.polsia.app with AI-powered HVAC lead response, bilingual EN/ES toggle, and Stripe pricing.
