Onboarding Checklist

Everything to get your NexusOps system up and running. Most contractors complete this in 2–3 days.

Connect your business phone number to receive owner SMS notifications
Verify your domain to enable email nurture sequences (SPF/DKIM records)
Complete AI configuration: services, pricing, service areas, and brand voice
Test the webhook with a sample lead submission from your website form
Review your first AI qualification transcript and adjust thresholds if needed
Add your logo and company info to the AI's outgoing messages

Leads not getting through

Check your webhook URL is correctly embedded on your website. Verify your API endpoint returns 201 within 3 seconds. Contact support if the issue persists.

Owner SMS not arriving

Confirm your phone number is correctly set in the owner notification settings. Check that Twilio delivery is not blocked in your region.

Nurture emails going to spam

Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your sending domain. Use your business domain (not a free email provider) for nurture sequences.
