Check your webhook URL is correctly embedded on your website. Verify your API endpoint returns 201 within 3 seconds. Contact support if the issue persists.
Confirm your phone number is correctly set in the owner notification settings. Check that Twilio delivery is not blocked in your region.
Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your sending domain. Use your business domain (not a free email provider) for nurture sequences.
